Cole B - $1,500/month

I'm currently a Sophmore at Baruch College in Midtown. I'm currently back in LA and will be returning in to start school in end of August, so need something by September. Looking for 1-2 room mates in the lower Manhattan or Brooklyn area. Month to month is preferable as school is 9 months, but would be open to year lease though I'd have to sublease out the summer if I was choosing not to stay during that time.

I play Basketball for Baruch so I'm training regularly, and work out daily. I'm cleanly and fairly organized and respectful of shared space. I was staying in the dorms my first year, however the location and scene was not my vibe, would like to be lower east side more things to do. My girlfriend is moving out for college and will be staying in the dorms.
