I'm from LA, but moved to NY in 2019! I am a law school student and I often study at home, work from home. I am honestly super easy going, very clean, very straight-forward, and appreciate good communication. I don't throw parties or anything in the apartment, but I welcome guests and want whoever I live with to feel comfortable. Ultimately, I want us both to feel like this is our home and like we don't have to walk on egg-shells with one another. I have never lived with someone I don't know, so this is new for me, but I am excited at the opportunity to meet someone new and welcome someone in this awesome apartment, in the most perfect location in NYC.
I cook a lot at home and have friends over to cook with. The apartment itself is decently sized for NY, of course, but in general it is a small apartment.

Available Room for Rent
This is a cute apartment in the heart of Greenwich/West Village. It has access to the best subways that can get you anywhere very easily and quickly. Everything is a short walk away, there is a grocery store around the corner as well as a lot of coffee shops, restaurants etc. The kitchen, bathroom, living room will be fully furnished. The bedroom you would be taking over is very small, it does have a closet and a window, but it is pretty small. It can fit a queen size bed/full bed, and a dresser but that is about it. If you put a smaller bed in there you would have more space.
The apartment is rent stabilized, a great price for the area, fully stocked, best location, and has washer/dryer in the building. You can't really beat the location and the price and as long as you are okay with a smaller room, the rest of the apartment is decently sized and offers everything you could ask for and more!
