WE (me and my partner) are looking for ONLY ONE ROOMMATE for our 2nd room in our LARGE 2br apt. This is NOT an entire apartment for rent. WE are NOT an apartment rental agency. :)

YOUR cost is $1,850/mo (12-mo agreement) or $2150/mo (6-mo agreement) + $100/mo for utilities

$5100 due at move-in (12-mo agreement): First and last month rent ($3700) + $1200 deposit (negotiable) + $200 first/last month utilities. Prorated if move in not on the 1st.

Utilities addl @ $100/mo, includes U-verse tv (including your room) and high-speed fiber internet.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A ROOMMATE....
Someone who is clean and considerate of others. NO-smokers. NO drugs. NO drama. We repeat NO-SMOKERS. NO DRUGS. NO DRAMA. If you can not play by those rules, this is not a pad for you.

ABOUT US....

We are a CLEAN, quiet and respectful couple (GWMs) in our mid 40s. We have both been fully vaccinated for COVID-19. We work south of LA on various days of the week and travel occasionally on the weekends . We are fun, laidback, drama free guys. We drink socially. Neither of us smoke nor do drugs.

* Large private bedroom & bath in a 1,420 sq ft suite
* The bedroom is large enough for a king size bed, dresser, night stand with space remaining for a small chair or another piece of furniture.
* Large closet, with additional storage space in entry between your bed and bath.

* NOTE: Room is partially furnished (bed, sidetables, small dresser and chair and lamps). If you have your own bedroom furniture, we can look at selling/storing ours.

ABOUT OUR PAD....

* Full-size in-unit washer/dryer (not stacked)
* Rooftop pool/hottub with unobstructed views (ocean to downtown)

* NO-smokers. NO drugs nor excessive drinking.
* NO pets (due to health issues)

* Rent does NOT include maid service. We expect you to keep your bathroom clean for long term maintenance and also help clean the shared common areas. We are very clean ourselves. If you prefer to hire a weekly maid, we have contacts we can provide.

NOTE: Limited Street Parking (No permit needed). An assigned parking space "may" be available (depends on availability at time of move-in).
