Looking to move back to the city after spending a year+ at home (covid). Currently searching for a 3rd roommate. My friend and I are social individuals, but conscious of others' schedules & respect that we'll be in a tight living space together. Clean, healthy, and physically active would be the idea roommate traits. Always willing to make new friends and go out together, but understand and have no issues if you prefer keeping to yourself. We have budget flexibility ($1.5k - 2k+ monthly per person) prioritizing space due to hybrid work models.
