We’re looking for a 3rd roommate for a fully furnished, 17th floor apartment that has countless amenities included in the complex called Park Towne Place. Amenities include: Largest pool in Philadelphia, fully-stocked grocery store, a complete gym, dog day-care facilities, a theater room, dry cleaning, a hair salon, study rooms, and a social lounge.

Our 3-bedroom apartment directly overlooks the Philadelphia Skyline and is secured by the apartment complex’s 24-hour concierge team, a special access card, and our apartment door’s touch-pad security. It is located right next to the Philadelphia Art Museum.
