Need a roomate for a 3 bedroom home in Long Beach with a pool and jacuzzi in the back.
House is 3 bedroom/3 bath. Master is taken.
One of the rooms is available right now for $1700 plus utilities. Utilities range between $180-$250 a month depending. You will get a space in the garage as well. And additional storage in garage for yourself. There are two spots and I have one and you can have the other. Easy free parking in the streets anytime for friends. This house is in the prestigious Bixby Knolls area in Long Beach. It’s an older home that’s spacious and beautiful and one of a kind.
The house has an old Hollywood charm feel.
