Hello! I'm a self-employed assistant/bookkeeper and an office manager at a dance studio.

My boyfriend/partner of 4 1/2 years has recently gone back to school for Software Engineering after being in the field for about 5 years. He is also part time staff at a dance studio.

We are competitive dancers and I am a dance instructor (think Ballroom and Swing combined) when we aren't in Covid lockdown.

We actively self-isolate due to Covid as much as possible and aren't currently having anyone else in the home.

We have a very friendly hypoallergenic cat who loves cuddles and will be very happy to be your friend.

We don't smoke or drink. You are welcome to drink but no smoking please.

We are pretty laid back and are looking for short term renters.

Short Term Stepping Stone

We are looking for someone who just needs a stepping stone to find the right place to settle down but doesn't want to commit to a lease.

We have a potential long-term friend who will be renting from us after covid slows down.

We have Wifi, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

The laundry isn't technically in the same building, but in another building 100 feet away. We also have a hook-up washer in the unit.

We have 2 designated parking spots and there is guest parking (where you would be parking). On occasion we have issues finding parking, but there are nearby streets to park.

There is a pool, but with covid I'm not sure how that will work.

We are looking for month to month and 30-ish days notice to move out.

We are flexible with various things so we can discuss different options.

Utilities included (not the laundry building of course).
