My name is Nima - originally from DC and lived in NYC. Decided to take advantage of being remote and traveled all over most of 2021, but need to come back to the city now that things are kinda coming back to normal.

One room available in the heart of the east village, steps away from the 1st ave L train.
Unit comes with a W/D in unit and the room available can fit up to a queen size bed. (pics of the room have a queen size bed)
Roommates are all in their mid 20s, quiet, respectful. Generally the party does not come home but love to host small get togethers every now and then.
