Usually up by 6:30. I start the day by walking my dog, grabbing a coffee, and getting ready for work. I’m usually home around 5:45, feed the dog, head to the gym, then take her for another walk afterward. Once we’re back, I cook dinner, clean up, take a second shower, maybe some TV and call it a night.
