Looking for a male or female roommate to rent a private room. It’s a one bedroom furnished apartment with two closets. I’ll be renting the main room so you’ll have your privacy. There is a laundry room and the building has an elevator and doorman for security. The bathroom and kitchen area are shared.

The apartment is close to the D,B and 4 train and takes roughly 30 minutes to get to the city. The train is roughly a few minutes walk from the apartment.

There’s a variety of food places near by and a mall that has target, Best Buy and BJ’s to name a few.

The rent is on a monthly basis which is $890 including utilities (electric, heat, and WiFi).
