Hey, me and my roomies are looking for a fourth to join our lease (or sublet).

The room is basement-level in a 2-floor apartment (1.5 bath). Has a private entrance and comes unfurnished.

The roomies are pretty chill 20-somethings. One works in childcare, another in media, and one in the restaurant industry. All friendly, clean, and very laid back.

Laundry in building, bodegas, liquor store, and groceries all in walking distance. Father Knows Best, Salud Bar & Grill, and The Evergreen are cool neighborhood hangout spots within a couple blocks.

Can join the 1yr lease, which starts Aug. 1, or sublet. Will need rent + deposit to move in. (Utilities are about $100/mo).
