About Me

Hello! My roommate and I are are looking for a third roommate starting April 1st! We've been renting our house since 2019 and love it! It's a 3 bed, 2 bath with a fenced-in backyard. Located on Irving Street, between 21st and 22nd street. It's and walking distance from the Broncos Stadium and Sloans Lake.

Rent will be $1037 (this doesn't include electricity and wifi) and this is also dependent on our landlord keeping our rent the same. We have a great relationship with our landlord who does the yard work and pays for water. Your unfurnished room is on the top floor and rent will include a spot in the garage. Pictures pending.

A little bit about us:
Taylor is a wildlife biologist & GIS Specialist. I work from home and travel a lot for work. I have a medium-sized very friendly rescue pup, who does not shed very much at all and also is relatively quiet. He will usually only bark if someone is at the door after it's dark.

Ashley is from Long Island, NY and a recruiter at IBM. Also works from home
We both went to Clemson University and moved here with some other friends in 2019.
We love the outdoors, skiing, live music, and hanging out with friends!
