The second floor space is roomy, gets plenty of light with a beautiful view, and sits right next to the kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is shared but you would mostly have it to yourself, and the bathroom would be barely used as well since there’s a separate one in the other half of the apartment upstairs (the one downstairs near you has the shower, but otherwise it's basically your bathroom). You also have a separate entrance, and there’s a washer and dryer in the basement, with storage space.
Rent is $700 plus shared electricity and wifi costs, the damage deposit is $600, and the lease is month to month. The area is a quiet residential area right near Leschi Park and a close walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Plenty of parking.
Looking for a quiet tenant (any gender, 20s or 30s preferably--I'm a guy in his mid-30s) who’d be able to move in within a couple weeks, though dates are flexible.
