My friend Cailin and I are looking for an affordable place to live near CU Boulder/Pearl Street. We will soon be attending Kantor and Co. Cosmetology School in Boulder and are hoping to go to CU Boulder after completing that program. Hoping to find a lively room mate, preferably age 18-20, considering we are just graduating high school and are hoping to have a fun and exciting new living environment. We love having lots of friends, and are very personable, so we will likely be out a lot, and we would love to have a roommate comfortable with having people over as well.
