Available August 1st - Great spot!

Townhome in south Napa in a safe and friendly neighborhood <10mins from everything in town. Bedrooms upstairs, living spaces downstairs. Looking for one house/pad-mate, and your space would be two rooms sharing a wall, with your own bathroom (shower over tub); current roommate used one as an office and storage and one as their bedroom; great for remote workers. Shared two-car garage, shared living spaces include top loft when I’m not working, bottom living areas comprising the kitchen and dining room, and a little side garden/yard outside- lots of space.

Total monthly costs at its peak has been $1,800s with all utilities split- high speed internet, water, waste disposal, and PG&E.

Are you a professional, communicative, and responsible individual with a respect for shared spaces? Are you gainfully employed or otherwise able to provide consistent payment of rent and utilities? Clean but not obsessively clean?

Bonus points if you’re collaborative, empathetic, and respectful, and I’ll work to share the same aforementioned qualities. Also doesn't hurt if you adore dogs (there is a 35lb 9yo pup on premise).

No tobacco smoke on premise please, no cats, and preferably no additional dogs but a medium/small dogs may be considered.
