We are located in the heart of the East Village. This ground floor unit of a historic 6 floor walk up has central air and heat, spacious rooms, hardwood/ tile floors, and a large patio where you can host a good sized BBQ in the summer months. Current roommate is a male in his mid-20's I am looking to sublet the remainder of my lease, as I am moving out of state.
