Hello! My friend and I are looking to lease a unit in the Colabs Apartment. I am 19 and she is 18. We are looking to get a 3 bedroom apartment (rent for each is $995) Go to the Colab Apartment Website to check it out because the place is nice for the price !! We are also down to get a 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom apartment that is $845 per person. We are college students. So we are looking for people to live with with similar interests. We both like edm- and go to concerts a lot. We are social- friends and guests. We are VERY clean- we would like a clean roomate aswell.
