The bedroom is furnished and the rent will be $1250 including utilities and wifi. There is a full sized bed and a study table in the room, you also have 2 very large windows in the room overlooking the Lougheed area.
There is a 50 inch TV, sofa, dining table and all the necessary cooking appliances in the living room.
The area is very strategic, it is about 6 minutes away from the Lougheed skytrain station, Walmart and Koreatown. It is walking distance to Sushi California and Mcdonalds and there is a bus stop to SFU within 2 minutes of the apartment.
There is a modest gym in the building but it is currently closed due to COVID.
