I'm a single guy who doesn't have much, I work second shift currently so you won't see me (but I AM looking for a day job).

The place is about 1000sq ft, unfurnished (if you have furniture it's welcome, if not, I will be attempting to furnish it slowly, but minimally), most of it is empty, and you are welcome to fill it with what you have.

Generally keep to myself, but I'm not antisocial and will happily friend the person I'm living with, OR leave you alone if you so wish.

The room I have for rent is the master bedroom, and has a full bathroom attached to it. Those are both for the renter.

Base rent: $615
Water: $20 - $50 (usage dependant)
Electricity: $60 - $80 (usage dependant)
Water: $40 - $80 (usage dependant)
Internet: $35

Some of the utility prices may be negotiable with me. Frankly, I just need someone to offset the cost of rent for me.
