Grace - $1,300/month

Hello,
Grace here. I am looking for a room to rent for 6 months at least. I work from home 3 days a week and attend graduate school so I have a pretty busy schedule. Both school and office are in the Financial District so a <45 min commute would be ideal, although I am flexible
I have furniture for the room, as well as kitchen utensils. Outside of my regular schedule I enjoy going out for fresh air, restaurants, bars, live music or just lounging and having a conversation
