I'm a sophomore in college here in the city and work part time. People call me a finance bro which I guess is true. I'm into golf, fitness, movies, going out, etc.

I'm not home often, especially on the weekends and I don't usually have people over. I'm clean, but not meticulous and I rarely cook. I drink a few times a week but never at home. Rarely smoke weed by I'm down to burn occasionally.

Defenitely prefer to live with someone who I can be friends with, but I'm also fine if we never talk. I'll always be respectful.

Looking for somewhere cheap below 95th street. Literally no other preferences besides that.
