I am a law student committed to social justice and civil rights. I am looking for a roommate that is clean and a genuine person to move into my apartment. I tend to mostly keep to myself but also might have a few friends over to go out on a Friday or Saturday (although not during a pandemic). Would love to have a roommate that I could become friends with!

I’ve known Vanessa for close to 2 years, we both attend law school together. Beyond being extremely friendly and personable, Vanessa is a very responsible and well-mannered person— especially so as it applies to her place of residence. She is very conscious of those who live in her apartment and the entirety of her apartment building— this has allowed her to establish very amicable relationships with her neighbours. Her apartment is always clean and well-organised. She decorates shared spaces very minimally, therefore there is no unnecessary clutter. The place always has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Vanessa is a truly enjoyable person to be around and would make for a group roommate.

1000sq ft. Beautiful King Size Bedrooms with large closets. Large modern kitchen with dining Room. Tremendous living room open layout ! About a 10 minute walk from N/W. Around the corner from Q101 Looking for someone to sign onto my lease which begins on July 1st. My current roommate is moving out as of June 30th. Move in date/month flexible (signing lease is not flexible). WiFi: $25 per month per person Electric/Gas varies per month: can be around $50-$100 (it's more during the winter because of the heat)
