First let me start off by saying finding the right roommate is way more important than how much the rent is.
So if your interested and think $1,000 is to high, lets still talk.
I will be starting up travel for work again soon and will be gone many days during the week so basically you will whole house to yourself alot of the time.
Even when I'm home you still have your own bedroom and your own full bathroom. There is also nice sized walk in closet in your bedroom.
I do have a wonderful dog (she has doggy door) so you don't have to work her but am looking for someone who doesn't mind feeding my dog and fish while I'm away.
