I’m a single dad looking for a place for mostly me & very seldomly my daughter, will be staying but again very rarely. I’m looking for a comfortable place, where I’m welcomed and can get things done for managing work at home, meaning just my laptop. I enjoy being around others sometimes even having a game night & enjoying my free-time getting to know others, so a good relationship with who I’m living with is very important in having a good relationship with them. I’m currently a college student & an insurance broker, looking expand my business. I enjoy being active and a father having fun time with my daughter, and getting better at improv and singing, but currently my focus is on grades & saving money. Looking for a place as soon as possible, and a trusting friendly environment.
