Looking for a 3rd in a 3 bed 2 bath- insane amenity building. Total is 8.6K would love to hear from you boys

So we’re looking at a place on 57th and west end. We have photos and videos I can send to your phone.

Place have water views and city views and we’d be in a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows. Amenities: are a gym, basketball court, pool tables and a nice large work area.

The overall cost for a 3 bed is 8.6K (including amenity fee of 50 per head) which rounds out to about 2.85K each. However there is a master bedroom which maybe we price out slightly different. It’s on the 42nd floor. And is 2 bathrooms.

The other automate works in finance at a boutique IB firm. And I run a real estate/ construction business in the city and regional area.

Speaking from my standpoint I’m very clean, and responsible as does the other kid. I do live with my gf however.

Also I can nearly fully furnish the entire place, as I have bought everything for where I currently stay.
