My name is Andre and my roommate is Sarah. We live in a 3 bedroom apartment in the Lower Nob Hill distric near downtown San Francisco. We have a room immediately available for rent for $1,000 per month and that includes the cable tv connection, the internet service and all the utilities. The room features a walk-in closet that is 5.5 feet in length by 32 inches in width (approximately 10 square feet). The room itself is located away from the Pine Street traffic on the "morning sun" side of the building. It's a great room for one person to live comfortably. The apartment consists of a common living room, kitchenette, bathroom and water closet and is located on the top floor of Somerset Apartments. The other two roommates are late 40's professionals who work in the Bay Area. The building has a coin operated laundry room downstairs and is centrally located for all forms of public transportation, Residential street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. The building address is 1111 Pine Street located between Jones Street and Leavenworth Street in Lower Nob Hill near downtown San Francisco. We are looking for someone who is mature, socially communicative, financially responsible and willing to clean up after themselves.
