Hello Ladies,

I have 2 bedrooms available in my lovely three bedroom home just minutes from LAX and the beach. It's a very quiet back house with a large patio to relax with your tablet or laptop. I'm a very spiritual woman and easy to mingle with socially. I don't smoke but drink one a week or so. The rooms are about 10 x 12 and there is a shared bathroom. I'm on the other side of the house and have my own bathroom. You have full house privileges aside from my side of the house. The bills are split three ways and will come to about a month per person. I'm looking for 1 or 2 roommates. If it's one roommate then you will pay $1800 for 2 bedrooms as a package deal. One room as a bedroom and the other for your office. If two roommates then it will be $950 each. Must have stable work history with good credit.
