We have one bedroom available in our beautiful three bedroom/one bathroom, Laurel Heights home. I’m moving after 3 years in this lovely home and looking for someone to fill my space.
Rent is $1655, Available for September 1 move in - can also do between 8/27-8/31 with prorated rent if you are looking to move sooner.

The room is a great size. Currently fits a queen bed, couch, desk, dresser, wardrobe, tv stand, two sets of shelves and bedside table.

About the apartment:
- Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished/kitchen stocked with supplies but will of course make room for any of your items you’d like to add to the home to make it your own.
-Building has shared coin op washer/dryer
-Landlord pays for water and trash

About the roommates: two ladies - G, 30, from Texas and works in tech sales and J, 27, from LA and works in higher ed.

About the neighborhood:
- Located in Laurel Heights
- Close to cafes and restaurants on Clement St and Sacramento St, and a 15min walk to the Presidio.
- 5 minute walk to Bryan’s Grocery and Calmart (on California street)
-20min-25min walk to Target and Trader Joe’s (on Masonic and Geary)
- 20-25 min walk to Golden Gate Park
- close to plenty of public transit (1, 33, 38)
