Hi everyone! Unfortunately third roommate fell through so my roommate Kemi and I are looking for a subletter for our upper Harlem apartment starting ASAP.

- Laundry in building
- 3 min walk from 145th st station
- Move in fees are 3k (your share of security, broker fee, and first months rent) and each subsequent month will be 1k for your room.

We are looking for someone preferably around mid-late 20s, 420 & LGBTQ friendly! They don’t have to be a meet freak but respectful of common areas. We are also pretty friendly, so would be great to have someone who wouldn’t mind guests every now and then. Also someone who is interested in working together to make this newly renovated apartment into a home!

This is the perfect opportunity for someone may not be able to get an apartment on their own due to move-in requirements. We have already been approved and we have already signed the lease!
