My roommate Alex and I have lived in lakeview for years and love it! Our 3rd roommate got a new job and will not be resigning the lease which starts June 1st. Moving in earlier may be an option. We live on the top floor of a 3 story unit so it’s nice and quiet and we do not share walls with our neighbors. Our place is right off the brown line which makes it easy to get downtown. There is also plenty of street parking if you get a permit which is about $100 for the year. Our landlord needs the lease to be signed by April 1st. We are laid back and easy going, and looking to welcome a new friend into our home!
