Hi guys! I recently purchased a condo in Coconut Grove + have been thinking about looking for a roommate to help reduce some of my monthly expenses. The apt is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath place (bedroom is currently furnished w/ a queen bedroom set) and is right on the water w/ room for launching kayaks/paddleboards/etc. Parking is included (both for you and for any guests) + the place is located between Mercy Hospital and Kennedy Park.
About me: I’m a young professional working in tech (28 year old, female) and am currently working remotely, so am looking for someone clean + quiet during the workday. I really enjoy going to brunch, spending time outdoors (especially on the water) + traveling (at least pre-pandemic!)
