Rent is split between the two of us, so it'll come out to 700 a month, plus the bills will make it around 800. The room itself is around 13x8, but I can get more specific measurements if needed. There's a window, a radiator, and some good closet space. The room is not furnished.
The apartment has a spacious living room, a couch, and a television already provided. The kitchen has an electric stove/oven and plenty of cabinet storage.
The area is quiet and 20 minutes from the Pitt campus, which is easily accessible by public transit. There's an Aldi within walking distance, as well as all the fun things on Penn Ave and Liberty Ave.
