Room available in our beautiful home in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood

Looking for a FEMALE roommate. My boyfriend and I live in Denver, CO in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood. He owns the home and we have a room or TWO available for rent. You would have a private bathroom across the hall. We are looking for a female. There is plenty of space, and always parking available directly in front of the house. Rent is $850, and then all utilities would be split evenly 3 ways. IF you and a GIRL friend or your female partner are looking, we could potentially rent 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are side by side, and they share a bathroom. And if there are 2 of you, utilities would be split 4 ways. Ask about price for both! 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from downtown. A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Looking for someone interested in atleast a 6 month lease. We are open to up to 12 months if it seems like it will be a good fit. Washer/dryer are in the home. The house has a fenced in backyard. The neighborhood has 25+ miles of biking/walking trails. It is a 10 minute walk to 2 different parks with basketball courts, baseball fields, disc golf, community pool, tennis courts, dog park, several playgrounds, and more! All within a 10 minute walk. It’s a 30-35 minute walk to King Soopers, several banks, library, rec center, restaurants, bars, fast food, and more. And all of that is just a few minute drive away.
