Rent includes the entire family room to do whatever you'd like with (your own personal living room, office, game room, ect), the bathroom located in the family room, a bedroom, a garage to park your car in, and shared access to the other bathroom and all communal spaces. $850 / MO + half of utilities. I have one cat and no other pets. No dogs allowed, one cat may be okay but I'll have have to confirm with landlord as she's pretty anti-pets. The house is a four story split-level located on a nice street, with many restaurants, C-stores, and groceries close.

I think this would be a pretty sweet deal to anyone looking for the benefits of a single family home. I do all the lawncare, dedicated garage parking, back yard with fire pit and screened-in porch, landlord is an individual that picks up the phone and non-corporate, ect.
