Small room in great location
You'd have the smallest room, and pay a lot less rent for it. The apartment's walking distance to the R/M, N/Q lines and has some of the easiest street parking in the five boroughs. It's also near lots of bars, restaurants, gyms, and laundromats, though on a quiet residential street.
