Alaina M C - $1,500/month

I have just graduated from college and I am looking to move back to NYC. I went to college in Manhattan for 2 years before transferring back home to CT to save money and figure out my major. I loved New York but did not love my school. I have a bachelor's degree in finance but I am planning to pursue musical theater and dance when I move to the city. I have danced and performed all my life but decided not to study in in school due to Covid-19 and my personal finances. Now that I have graduated I have decided that I still want to give performing professionally a chance, and if all else fails, I can turn back to finance and business careers later. I have also worked in the restaurant industry since I was 16 as a busser, food runner, server, event server, etc. and I plan to pick up a job as a server again when I move back.

I am very passionate about performing arts and have a love for painting and drawing as well. I am a very tidy person. I like to keep my space and common spaces very clean. Seeing that I plan to be a server my schedule will likely consist of late nights, but I am considerate about not making noise or being a bother late at night. I am a heavy sleeper and am pretty easy going about guests. I do have allergies to cats and dogs though, so I sadly cannot live with pets.
