I am looking for a roommate who will have their own bedroom and private bathroom in a 2 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome in Southeast Aurora. The bedroom will be unfurnished. Both bedrooms are across from one another on the top level. The townhome is a tri-level home.

The entire house is furnished, with a washer and dryer. Utilities and internet are about an additional $100 per month.
The security deposit will be $875.00. Must be able to pass a credit check and pay $50.00 towards the application which will go towards the security deposit.

No smoking, pets, or children, please. Must be okay with occasional guests/family.

I am a 28 y/o female preferably looking for someone who has a stable job or is a student.
I am an event planner during the day, work from home, and also a private yoga instructor.
