LOOKING FOR ROOMMATES TO FILL A CUTE HOME!

Hi! I'm looking for two roommates to fill the space when my current roomies move out at the end of the month. They are now married and looking to start a family together but are happy to give you references for our time together!

Move In Date: August 1st

Rent: 1033.33/month (includes water and trash - xcel & wifi separate!)

The space:
* 2 bed/1 bath upstairs, while I live in the basement (I'm not opposed to rearranging that but it's the current set up)
* Fenced backyard
* Garage
* Street parking
* 5 - 7 minutes from the following: Trader Joes, King Soopers, Walmart, Vasa gym and access to 36 making it easy to get into Denver or Boulder.
* Neighborhood park
* Lovely neighbors (the people across the street have helped me fix my car twice now!)

The vibe:
* Welcoming, open communication, inviting, communal, but with the need of independence.
* LGBTQ, human rights, animal rights, and just overall caring about being kind people.
* 420 friendly, but not mandatory that you are, but you should be okay around it! (2 are currently 420 friendly, one of us doesn't smoke but doesn't mind it around - we do try to smoke in the garage or outside as much as possible though out of courtesy!)

We keep it pretty tidy. If the trash is full.. we just take it out. If the dish soap is low, we just replace it. There's no tallying and tit for tatting here, we just work to keep it clean and respectful as a whole. The kitchen should always be clean and available for the next person to use. (Your room is yours to do whatever with lolol)

Lastly but very important to me: I have a senior Puggle (16.5). We lost our favorite guy, his brother at the beginning of June, which is a major reason for wanting to stay here. We aren't ready to let go of those memories of Owen just yet. Aside from that, Puggle loves his space and if I can give him the comfort of familiarity then I'll do everything I can to. He's typically dog friendly, but with the passing of his brother, I know temperaments can change, so I'm open to another dog if it feels like a good fit! If you aren't planning to bring a pupper, you should be more than "ok" with pets, I want him to be more than just tolerated. We all 3 love him and you can feel it throughout the house.
