I’m looking to rent out one room in the townhome I own and currently reside at. My girlfriend and I live in the master bedroom, along with our two hypoallergenic dogs. The room has a furnished closet, along with a bed frame, mattress, and pullout couch. We can always remove any furniture if needed. The room shares a bathroom with the master bedroom, and the bathroom is almost fully renovated, along with the room (In Progress). I plan to have it finished by the time a tenant moves in; I work in construction and my girlfriend and I have renovated most of the house. I am looking for someone trustworthy and kind. Couples are more than welcome.
Something to consider: I work Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. My Girlfriend works 5 days a week, mostly nights, starting from 5pm to 11pm.
