The lease ends February 15th so it's short term, and perfect if you are looking for something fast and fully furnished.
You don't have to buy any furniture, everything is already there. Kitchen equipment, TV, linens, coffee machine, you name it. It's a gated community, very safe, there's a pool, gym, lobby.
