Room is 8x11, can be furnished or unfurnished and is available 1/15. $950. First (prorated January of $475) and security ($950) to move in.
Three floors:
Second floor: Bedrooms and a full bathroom. Available room faces the back of the house, has a full bed, dresser, small desk, window with a/c and a closet.
First floor: Huge living room with a piano, large kitchen with dishwasher, backyard with firepit, another full bathroom.
Basement: communal creative space. Lots of music. Washer and dryer. Another full bathroom?!
Apartment is 3BR/3BA and shared with two chill dudes, one vegan, one not. 420 friendly but not like a crazy party house. We don’t really drink and still get up early ya know?
A very big, very friendly and very well trained pit bull also lives here.
