Looking for a female housemate for a huge, beautiful duplex in the Far West Village, 1 block from Hudson River Park. It truly is an incredible neighborhood and space! A few blocks south of the Highline; very safe and extremely residential.

For Nov 1st or 15th move in, and at least 6 months rental; can extend and there is flexibility with dates.

Seeking a non-smoking, professional, employed person or student. Laid back and reasonably neat and considerate.
We are 3 friendly, busy, housemates-2 NYU Graduate students and one designer- and have an occasional meal together but respect each others space, while also enjoying the communal space together.

Not a party place; drama free and serene!
We are covid free and follow all the recommended protocols in and out of the apartment.

The apartment is a duplex and is very spacious, especially for the West Village.
The main floor is comprised of a large living-dining room-combo, the kitchenm and a half-bath.
The available bedroom is on this floor.

The 2nd floor of the duplex entrance has 3 bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom-there is also a 2nd (optional) entrance.

The bedroom is approximately 12 x 12 and is beautifully furnished with ample storage space and a large closet.

There is a laundry room in the building, as well as security.

The rent is $1,650, (plus utilities which range from $20-$50 a month) that include super fast wi-fi, electric, and heat

There is a housekeeper that comes in every other week, we each contribute $50 a month toward this and then rotate the bi-weekly cleaning.

1st month's rent and security deposit, as well as references, are required.
