A bit about me, I am a female singer/songwriter/actress from the NY area. I am making the move to LA due to an acting role I recently booked. In addition, my management team and recording studio are based in LA and it makes a lot of sense to finally get out there full time. I have a steady income from my many entertainment endeavors, a guarantor, and savings and rent is no issue. I have a lot of experience with roommates in school and various apartments I have subleased over the years. I subleased in Westwood/UCLA apartments for the past 3 summers and have many references if we decide to move forward.

I am a very laid-back roommate and, with a full-time career in entertainment, I will be out of the apartment a lot. I am a tidy person who respects communal spaces and am very lenient if you ever want to have people over. As long as there is communication, I am A-okay!
