Waukesha Side by Side looking for Coinhabitant

I, 25F, am looking for a roommate to move into a duplex side I live in. It's in a nice neighborhood in walking distance of many stores and several bus stops. There's a shared living room, kitchen, and the 1.5 baths are shared. This home has 3 bedrooms, of which I only really use one, and a large, finished basement. I figure we can discuss how to use the space, but would prefer to split the large basement a little for storage purposes!

I do have two dogs (med and small) that are friendly, but one is an older rescue who doesn't like men so I will not accept male applicants for her comfort. The rescue does have some peculiar traits that I'll discuss in full with you should you want to check out this opportunity, but it'd be no work or care taking on your part!

Rent would be 600$ and utilities would be split except for WiFi which I can provide (for generous estimate this would be around 200 a month). There is a a washer and dryer in the basement.

As for roommate situation: I'm a quiet person who is home decently often. I'm a queer friendly individual who sometimes has friends over--- this would always be informed in advanced as I'd hope you'd do the same for me! I will take care of the outside chores such as mowing the lawn, weeding, shoving, etc*. Inside chores we can figure out how we'd like it; I'm not unreasonable with it. I'd prefer a roommate who is also on the quieter end because we are in a duplex, who will not smoke in the house (health related issues -- sorry!), and also one who likes dogs! Mine are cuddlers, but if you don't want them around in your room/rooms or the basement, that's perfectly fine and can easily be arranged.
