Currently, we are 2 clean professional and creative male roommates who like keeping things quiet (this won't be a party pad, sorry) to share a 4 bedroom apartment (in a 1 unit per floor/3 floor building). Common area and bathroom are kept minimalistic and clutter-free at all times (see photos). Living room Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Blu-ray, etc.

Each room is $800 a month (DOES NOT INCLUDE UTILITIES, which average $60-$75 monthly, with high-speed WiFi).
