. My husband, Randy, has a secure income from his job with an aerospace company, while my income stream is somewhat sporadic and therefore used more as supplemental income. We lived in the last house we rented for 4+ years, and lived in a condo we owned for about 10 years prior to that. We both have very good credit and are fiscally responsible. My adult son (31), who is on the spectrum, will also be living with us, though the majority of his time iwill likely be spent in his room .
I often like to cook, but I also tend to eat out on nights I have a gig (often 2 -8 nights a month, sometimes more depending on the season.) I’m very outgoing while my husband & son are both more introverted, but we are all friendly & very easy to get along with and respect the personal space and belongings of others. We are all LGBTQA+ friendly, as well as alcohol & 420 friendly (as long as any smoking/vaping is done outside, and drinking is not problematic or excessive.) That said, iour politics should be obvious : we are not fans of the current administration. Republicans who no longer support Trump are fine, but if you are MAGA or are even willing to listen to and tolerate the criminality & lies from Trump & his team of loyalist cronies, I simply recommend that you save yourself some time - don’t bother reaching out because I guarantee that we will NOT vibe well as roommates!
