My roommate and I have a third room available in our 3-bedroom apartment in Washington Heights. We are located on a quiet spot on 158th and Riverside, a short 1 minute walk to the 1 train and 5 minute walk to the C train.
We are quiet and generally keep to ourselves, and like to keep the apartment and common spaces clean and tidy. I have a small dog who is very friendly. The available bedroom is the smallest of the three bedrooms but comfortable. The room will fit a double bed and dresser, or small desk OR can come furnished with a twin bed and larger desk (as shown in photo). Apartment features washer/dryer in-unit, first floor apartment, furnished living room and kitchen.
Rent is $1,080 plus security deposit of the same amount. Walking distance to nearby grocery stores, shopping, bars and restaurants, gym and banks.
Available immediately! Month-to-month rental, hoping to have someone stay through the end of our lease, September 1. Or, if you are looking for a September move-in, that also works. Option to sign onto lease September 1 for one year.
