Looking a roommate to share 2br/2ba luxury apartment

I am working professional in IT field. Looking low-key roommate with no pets or kids, not smoking, not laud, approximately with my age to share 2br/2ba apartment till the end of lease in October to further.

I can also consider summer sublet as well, depending on your situation.

Apartment complex is a brand new one, in good location, on intersection of 101 and 85 highways. That makes easy access to everywhere.

I am using motorcycle for day to day work commute. I do not have any issue with traffic, because roads are wide (that's why I selected this location) and it is easy to split lines. If you have a motorcycle this location is very good, regardless where is your office from redwood till fremont.

Apartment is located on top 4th floor, this floor is rare catch in the complex, because it has extremely high celling. That is really good on summer, feels very spacious.

Parking. Apartment complex for 2br/2ba gives only one parking slot for car and unlimited free slots for motorcycles. Also it is easy to park motorcycle on street. Car is also easy to part on street after 8pm, and if I sometimes come to home on my second car, I park it on street and no issue so far.
That slot I would like to keep for myself, or we can use it by month-after-month basis.

Apartment has two rooms, both masters, approximately the same size. I am looking a roommate to one that is bigger, but has detached bathroom. But if you really want another one, it is also possible, depending on your situation. All I need is to move out furniture from another one.
