My home is clean, in a safe neighborhood, plenty of space. I enjoy walking, the beach, photography, crafts, family, nature, friends, music, quiet, laughing, feeding the wild birds.

The house is convenient to rte 3 toward cape or boston, 20 min from south shore beaches, a walking nieghborhood.

I am kind, friendly, normal, Christian so I celebrate Christmas! I periodically have a friend or two over. More likely to go out. I cook usually on weekends, mainly for dinners. The kitchen needs to be kept free of dirty dishes and clean.

Location is South of Boston, north of Plymouth, close to Weymouth, Braintree, Quincy.
Bus and T are a car ride away, 5 min for bus, 10-15 min for T (Quincy or Braintree to go into Boston).

You woukd want to have a car to get around. Lots of stores in area. Easy access to Boston, but if your job is 9-5 M-Fri itcsn be a long commute with traffic.

This is a 4 br home. Seeking 2 roomates, one for lower level partially furnished, one on upper level is fully finished. There maybe some flexibility in rent. The rent is per bedroom.
