✨ Looking for 2 roommates in a house on 23rd for middle of August ✨

About the house:
Charming 3 bed 2 bath house on NW 23rd Pl. The house sits right next to a food truck pod, 2 minutes walking distance from NW 23rd Av & tons of restaurants / cafes & 2 mins driving distance from the 405 freeway entrance.

There’s a covered outdoor space that I have added lights & a hammock to as well as garden beds with veggies. Parking is in the backyard or on the street as our driveway is shared with our neighbor.

The basement has a washer / dryer, a full gear storage corner & an art studio with a pottery wheel that you’re welcome to use.

There are 2 larger bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with a clawfoot tub & one downstairs with a shower.

Some of the furniture will be staying & some will go with my current roommate so the shared spaces might look a little different than the photos, but totally open to you adding your own touches too.

Total rent: $3,500
Utilities are split equally, normally around $100 per person

Medium bedroom: $1,000

About me:
I’m 26 and currently a registered nurse but I’m about to start as a full time anesthesia grad student. I love climbing, hiking, finding new coffee shops, farmers markets & traveling. My boyfriend is over a few times a week but I’m often as his place as well. I have a 5 year old shepherd / Great Pyrenees mix named Flynn who is super sweet. He’s lived with both cats & dogs before but would probably need an intentional introduction to any new pets. I’m very clean / organized & have a pretty direct communication style. I would love to be friends with who I live with but also value alone time too.
